The exterior of the new Audi Q2L e-tron adopts the new e-tron pure electric family fully enclosed one-piece grille, with a more three-dimensional detail design, and the bottom of the grille decorative frame is also printed with three-dimensional e-tron exclusive characters. The new arrow-shaped LED headlights, the visual effect is more sharp and dynamic. The latest Q2L family language e-tron styling bumper and equipped with e-tron exclusive Hecla Gray + High Gloss Black integrated grille decorations, and further stereoscopic styling of the front face.
The highly recognizable hexagonal design at the waistline on the side of the body is eye-catching, and the unique sharp line design has a distinctive personality. The bottom surround is also changed to the same color design as the body, the pure electric exclusive Hecla Gray C-pillar Blade cover is printed with three-dimensional e-tron exclusive characters, the rear bumper is also upgraded to the new Q2L family design of the e-tron shape, and is equipped with e-tron exclusive Hecla Gray decorations, and the 17-inch aerodynamic spinning wheels to create a more fashionable and sporty exterior qualities.
Interior Design
The interior is compact and well-defined, with excellent all-round visibility. The interior also features Pure Electric’s exclusive Dynamic Orange double-stitched design, while the sports seats are made of a combination of Black Milano Leather and Alcatana with contrasting Dragon Orange bands, emphasizing the dynamic and sporty atmosphere. The addition of textured translucent trim and a 10-color ambient lighting strip further enhances the luxury and innovation originating from the Audi brand.
The 12.3-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit features a variety of display modes that deliver vehicle information to the driver in a highly technological format. The Audi smartphone interface, which supports iOS (Apple) and Android casting connections, enables a familiar smartphone interface to be experienced in the car. The newly upgraded 8.3-inch MMI high-end navigation with touch function can easily meet the user’s needs for efficient and concise human-vehicle intelligent interaction.
Power
Audi Q2L e-tron adopts a highly integrated motor and reducer with many advantages such as safety, durability, and high efficiency, etc. The new Audi Q2L e-tron has a maximum power of 100kW, a maximum torque of 290N-m, and a significant increase in range by 23% to 325 kilometers, which fully meets the needs of urban commuting. At the same time, Audi has also conducted harsh endurance tests that far exceed national standards to fully guarantee the safety performance of the electric drive system. The coordinated braking energy recovery system can provide users with stable pedal feedback consistent with that of traditional fuel vehicles during braking, and can provide 3-step coasting energy recovery according to demand, so that the energy generated during braking can be recovered and stored in the battery, minimizing the loss of energy consumption.
The 44.1kWh Li-ion ternary battery pack in the car adopts a high-strength battery shell body, and the upper and lower shells adopt high-strength connections to maximize the battery pack’s resistance to extrusion and deformation and sealing safety performance. The 167 experiments of puncture, including the needle puncture test, can ensure the safety of the battery in a variety of complex conditions. At the same time, the battery cells and modules have successfully passed the service life test, which further proves the reliability of the battery under frequent work and reduces users’ concern about the degradation of the battery performance affecting the residual value of used cars.
